What Is Online Coaching?

What's Included?

1. Initial Assessment: We will begin with an initial assessment to understand your current fitness level, health history, goals, and any specific concerns or preferences you may have. I will email you a consultation form for you to fill out, to go over your goals in depth. 

 

2. Personalized Workout Programs: Based on the information gathered from the initial assessment, I will design customized workout programs specifically for you. These programs will be tailored to your fitness level, goals, and available equipment or resources.

 

3. Demonstration & Instructions: Detailed instructions & videos on how to perform each exercise in your workout program is included. If needed, you can also reach out to ensure you have a clear understanding of the exercises.

 

4. Workout Tracking: We will use an app that allows you to log and track your workouts, providing you with a clear overview of your progress. Whether you are working out from home, in a group fitness setting, or at the gym you can easily record sets, reps, and weights, helping you stay accountable and motivated throughout your fitness journey.

 

5. Nutritional Guidance: Guidance on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and making smart food choices, and in-app macro tracking is included. 

 

6. Macro Tracking: Tracking your macronutrient intake is crucial for optimizing your nutrition. With the Trainerize app, you can conveniently monitor your macros and ensure you're meeting your daily targets for protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

 

7. 1:1 Messaging / Ongoing Support: Throughout the week, you can reach out to me directly via the Trainerize app for any questions, concerns, or additional support you may need. 

 

8. Regular Check-ins & Accountability: check-ins to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments to your program if necessary. Accountability is a key component of successful coaching, and I will be there to support and motivate you every step of the way.

They will provide personalized guidance, accountability, motivation, and ongoing support, all conveniently delivered to you online.
